The personal history of any human being begins with the place, the nature of one’s nature is an extension of the nature of the earth on which one was formed, and the first incubator of Dr. al- Hakim, the city in which he grew up, Najaf, drank from it the love of science and knowledge in the early years of his life, continued his education regularly until he became an encyclopedic historian and his production in history and culture of all kinds indicates this, the Najafi environment influenced the refinement of his personality and moral qualities as he influenced his method of historical writing .
